Service & Warranty
All clipcords come with a 60-day warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
All pedals (footswitches) feature a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, which covers manufacturer defects.
Machine frames and coils are backed by a lifetime warranty.
All machines include 2 years of support for tuning and springs.
Please note that if the owner tampers with or attempts to repair the machine, the warranty will be void.
If your machine’s warranty period has expired, we’d still be happy to repair it! However, there will be a fee based on the extent of the repair or rebuild.
All original parts (regardless of their condition) must be sent back with the machine.
Return shipping costs are not covered under warranty without prior approval from Rubicon Irons.
Rebuild Service
Re-springing and tuning: $15.00
Coil replacement: $50.00

Your machine MUST be clean!
For health and safety reasons, please remove any ink, blood, rubber bands, o-rings, etc., from the machines before shipping.
Pack your equipment securely in a small box or a padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit.
Important: You MUST download, fill out, and include the service form with your equipment. Any item received without a service form will be returned without repairs.
While we always make every effort to repair your equipment and machines as quickly as possible, please allow sufficient time for the repairs to be properly completed.

Warranty Information
All of our pedals and machines are guaranteed, provided they have not been altered or misused. We understand that general wear and tear happens, but gross negligence of the equipment is beyond our control and will NOT be covered. We proudly stand behind our products and our craftsmanship.
We simply ask that you DO NOT modify the equipment in any way. There are a few exceptions, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that Rubicon Irons' total liability and your exclusive remedy regarding any service provided under this Agreement, or any breach of it, is strictly limited to the amount you paid for said service. Rubicon Irons will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of our services or equipment, or for the cost of acquiring substitute services.
